Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you will work as a brand ambassador and be making the first contact with prospective candidates. Rakuten Travel Xchange considers human resources as the most valuable resource of the company, and we are seeking the best available people to join our team.
An efficient recruiter holds a vital role in the company’s overall growth, success and competitive edge by identifying and attracting candidates that fit our corporate culture and have exceptional skills for the needed role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team managers to understand the roles and requirements
- Assist in the generation and revision of job descriptions
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and systems
- Draft recruitment posts and upload to job sites
- Maintain a pool of leads for various roles
- Select qualified candidates by reviewing their resumes and profiles
- Endorse and connect qualified candidates to team managers
- Facilitate candidate tests and/or homework as part of screening process
- Maintain communication with candidates to keep them updated with the status of their application
- Coordinate with team managers about the inquiries and concerns raised by the candidates
- Organize, update recruitment filing system and submit daily report on recruitment activities
- Assist and perform related ad hoc tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior related experience definitely a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Self-driven, teachable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
